What people ask us.
The questions organisations ask most about Newsoul. Product-specific information is confirmed per product at the sample and quotation stage.
Is Newsoul only a single-user product?
No. There are two use models: ONE for single-user, wash-free use and REUSE for controlled reuse. Service life and wash cycles are set by each product's verified scope.
Does single-user mean single-use?
No. The product is assigned to one user and stays with that user for the period in the product instructions. Where a regulation or waste category requires more, the product's technical documentation states it explicitly.
Which model suits us?
ONE is considered where laundry infrastructure is limited or textiles should not circulate between users; REUSE where a controlled laundry cycle exists. Share your setting and we will assess it with you.
Which product does a document cover?
Every document is read with its own scope. Corporate management system certificates do not cover product performance, and fabric or raw material certificates do not by themselves cover the finished product and its packaging. Product documents are shared with the sample and report identity.
Are the products CE marked?
Medical device and personal protective equipment conformity is assessed separately by product class. No CE mark is used for a product whose conformity assessment is not complete; we share the current status of the product you are interested in, in writing, at the quotation stage.
How is a used product disposed of?
According to the waste rules of the setting and local law. In healthcare, medical waste rules come first for a contaminated product; a property of the material does not change those rules.
How do we ask for a sample or pilot?
Choose “Sample / pilot” in the request form and add the area of use, model, product, estimated quantity and target date. The sample request button on a product page carries the product and the options you chose into the form.
What are the minimum order quantity and lead time?
Minimum quantity and lead time are set per product and project and settled in the quotation.
Can we become a distributor or private label partner?
We take distribution and OEM / private label applications on the partnership page. Authorised markets and commercial terms are discussed in a business meeting and are not published on the site.
How do we get technical documents and reports?
Ask for them with “Technical information” in the request form. Detailed reports are shared on request and, where needed, under a non-disclosure agreement.
When will we hear back?
Requests are reviewed by the OPIA ECO team and answered as soon as possible. We do not commit to a specific response time.
